The process for arranging a Novated Lease through Southgate Salary Packaging Services includes:

Contact Southgate
Enquire via telephone, email or online enquiry:

• Call 1300 132 500and speak with one of our experienced salary packaging consultants who can take your details and arrange for a quote to be provided on your preferred vehicle; or
• Download and complete a Novated Lease Quote Request form; or
• Complete an Novated Lease Quote today.

Southgate Sources your Vehicle
Upon receipt of your request we will contact our extensive dealer network to obtain the best possible price for your preferred vehicle. If you have a trade-in vehicle we will arrange for your vehicle to be inspected and valued at a time and place convenient to you.

Novated Lease Budget and Analysis Provided
Once we have received the quotes for your vehicle, we will use the best price obtained and prepare a detailed Novated Lease quotation for your review and consideration. This quotation is free of charge and details the price, the lease payments, a complete budget for vehicle maintenance, and the impact of a Novated Lease on your disposable income. At this point, you can decide whether you would like to proceed.

Order your Vehicle
To accept the quote provided, complete the ‘New Vehicle Order Form’ that accompanies the quotation and return it to Southgate. We will proceed to order the vehicle on your behalf subject to finance.

Sign Lease Contracts
Once we have received the vehicle Tax Invoice from the dealer, Southgate will prepare your Lease Contracts to be signed by you and your employer.

Vehicle Delivered to your Door
Once the vehicle is available and the finance has been settled, the vehicle will be delivered to your nominated delivery address. Your new fuel cards will arrive within 10 days of vehicle delivery.

Payroll Notification
Southgate will issue a Payroll Advice to your Employer’s Payroll Department for processing. Payroll remits all salary packaging income deductions to Southgate but retains any budgeted FBT deductions (if applicable). Funds are deposited into your salary packaging account each pay cycle once received from payroll.

Payments and Reimbursement Commence
Southgate pays for lease payments and vehicle running costs on your behalf from your salary packaging account. Southgate may reimburse you for any expenses you have already paid (post-tax) from available funds upon lodging a completed Reimbursement Claim Form. You will receive a Benefit Confirmation Report confirming the structure of your Novated Lease and Welcome Kit containing your username and password for online access to your Novated Lease details and transaction history.
